Just as house plants filter the air in your home, so do trees in your yard. If you’d like to learn a bit more about your state tree, do a little research and share with us!

You know about your state song, so now you’ll learn what your state nickname is. What is a nickname? A unique feature about someone or something. A state nickname tells a little something about your and what’s known for. Every state has one, some better known than other. Like Indiana is known as the Hoosier State, and Texas the Lone Star State. What’s yours?
