Since we know about our state bird, we’re now going to look at our state tree. Trees are not only an everyday beauty but can be helpful with filtering the air. Just as house plants filter the air in your home, so do trees in your yard. If you’d like to learn a bit more about your state tree, do a little research and share with us!
My State Tree Is The ________ Tree
*How long has it been the state tree?
*What tree was the previous state tree?
*Post pictures of it in every season
*What is special or interesting about it?
*Does it bear fruit or nuts?
*Write your thoughts about the flower. What you think of it.
