Are you ready for a fun new way to learn state history?

Are you looking for something fun for your children that is a safe online experience?

Please join us for the next 4 months as we share in US State History Assignments.

This site was inspired by my own Miss Jocelyn‘s creative genius to get all of her friends together online to use blogging for an excellent and educational purpose. She created her own weblog to give out virtual history assignments each week and have her friends visit, post their assignments, and learn their own state history in a fun new way.

We have moved her great blog idea to our own server now, and we are gearing up to use it for our Home School History Assignments! We would like to invite you to join us. We will be starting out learning about our own state history, and then move on to other history assignments.

If you would like to join the State History Assignment Classes, you can see a sample of each assignment on the States Exploration Assignments page. We will be posting assignments weekly on Monday, and sharing them online with our other “classmates” throughout the week as they are completed.

Our first assignment will be given on Monday, September 7. (Yes, that is Labor Day, but the assignment is not due until the following Friday!
